Network CCTV
Integrated systems can be controlled manually or automatically, locally or remotely, from one or more terminals. They can include, for example: control of fixed or PTZ cameras. The systems may also be programmed to conduct tours and automatically react to any alarm or incident triggered on the system. The systems we install have user-friendly front-end applications that can work across a variety of standard operating systems such as Windows, as such may providing a simple graphic means of identifying 'events' by means of incorporated digital building plans. Our systems can even be integrated with your existing Local or Wide Area networks and linked easily to remote monitoring stations.

Remote CCTV Administration
Using telemetry, Nexus can maintain control over cameras from our remote and secure monitoring office. Monitoring of a surveillance system is divided into two categories either reactive or pro-active. Reactive CCTV monitoring involves alarm detection on-site which initiates a video transmission to the monitoring center. Proactive monitoring is real time, where the operator is constantly reviewing the location and informing security or the emergency services to dangerous situations. In either case, systems are recorded locally for evidentiary purposes. Our services include: administration, investigations and alarm reports.

Network IP Cameras
Network IP cameras are a fairly new concept and allow real-time viewing of camera images securely over the internet via connectivity to corporate LAN/WAN. Network IP cameras eliminate the need for an independent system of coaxial cables. Additionally, they allow storage of recordings on standard servers or through network video recorder. In either case, storing vast quantities of data is possible.
