Peter D. Miller – Chief Financial Officer

The basis for sound company growth is its ability to measure its own financial health and proceed in prudent fashion along a path consistent with its abilities   Those measurements are to be found in the accounting tradition and transmitted to management for evaluation and action.  Mr. Miller is responsible for all financial and administrative operations of Nexus Technologies Group and brings exceptional capability in the field of accounting and corporate management.  Over the course of the past 24 years, Mr. Miller has worked in a financial, administrative and M&A capacity with a large number of rapidly growing companies involved in a broad spectrum of industries.  Mr. Miller utilized this experience as the background and foundation to foster the development of systems to maintain accurate and complete accounting records specific to the construction industry. In addition, Mr. Miller has made it a priority to apply the same standards of excellence to the administrative aspects of customer project(s) as the Company does to the project(s) themselves thereby ensuring the most efficient and positive client relationships.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Biscardi, P.E. – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Biscardi brings more than 20 years of experience in the access control and electronic security industry to Nexus Technologies Group.  Mr. Biscardi is directly involved with P&L and all business operations including Engineering, Implementation and Service, and Client Relationship Management.  During his tenure with Nexus Mr. Biscardi has overseen the successful completion of projects totaling over $27 million dollars.  Mr. Biscardi is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) since 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The New York Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining Nexus, he was responsible for ADT's Northeast System Sales and Engineering Group - a group of engineers, project managers, and professionals that were dedicated to National and Global clients.

Charles R. Hull – Director of Sales and Business Development

Charles joins Nexus with a wealth of experience in product and people management, as well as sales and marketing across a broad range of industries including retail and construction. During his tenure with Airsystems Inc., a national sales and marketing company, he ascended various sales leadership roles culminating in his appointment to the position of Regional Sales Director.  In this position Charles spearheaded the company’s penetration into the competitive northeast region and through the effective motivation and leadership of the sales force, was able to break regional, national and worldwide sales quotas.

Prior to Airsystems Charles spent seven years with Airflow 2000 as Director of Operations and Marketing. There he was responsible for overseeing sales support, operations, customer and technical services, as well as all Marketing, Strategic planning and corporate communications activities. Charles also developed and implemented new sales training manuals and procedures that have increased closing percentages 20 to 35% and helped to surpass projected earning potential.

Charles also has a background in Construction working for Tri-State Folding Partitions And Construction, that provided him with experience leading or collaborating on high profile projects including the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, Boston College and Taj Mahal Casino.
