Project Management

Our Project Managers are highly skilled technicians whom are excellent at organizing and communicating. They are directly responsible for all aspects of their projects and are advocates for both the client and installation team. The project manager provides the client and project team members with continual project updates, as well as overseeing progress, accommodating changes and ultimately assuring that budgets and schedules are met. The project manager also performs technical aspects of the job such as programming, system commissioning and training.
