Support
Nexus employs a full-service team that provides administrative,
technical, and support services. These customer-support representatives
work closely with all Nexus personnel as well as our clients.
This team is connected to the client base and coordinate ongoing
support in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
After system commissioning,
a client simply calls or emails the Nexus customer-support
team for coordination of any ongoing needs 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. The support staff usually can assist customers
right from the desktop and often without the expense of a
service call.
A full-service warehouse
is located at our corporate headquarters. Our team maintains
a well-organized and efficient warehouse divided into: areas
for pre-assembly, testing and fully packaged as well as, stock
parts for ongoing support of existing clients. Also, Nexus
has a designated area where our engineers, technicians and
project managers can teach classes and build jobs as needed.

Nexus analyzes the customer current operating climate
and facilities and reviews current system performance.

Service & CCTV Investigation
Nexus provides administration functions on Access Control
Systems or CCTV systems. Investigative services offer the
customer a trained professional reviewing recorded documentation
to determine causes of suspicious activity or actual events.
