Nexus employs a full-service team that provides administrative, technical, and support services. These customer-support representatives work closely with all Nexus personnel as well as our clients. This team is connected to the client base and coordinate ongoing support in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

After system commissioning, a client simply calls or emails the Nexus customer-support team for coordination of any ongoing needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The support staff usually can assist customers right from the desktop and often without the expense of a service call.

A full-service warehouse is located at our corporate headquarters. Our team maintains a well-organized and efficient warehouse divided into: areas for pre-assembly, testing and fully packaged as well as, stock parts for ongoing support of existing clients. Also, Nexus has a designated area where our engineers, technicians and project managers can teach classes and build jobs as needed.

  • Yearly Security Evaluation
    Nexus analyzes the customer current operating climate and facilities and reviews current system performance.

  • Support Evaluation
    A review of our past years support with the customer will be conducted to determine the level of service and satisfaction

  • Software Maintenance
    Software upgrades are provided

  • Access Control Administration Service & CCTV Investigation
    Nexus provides administration functions on Access Control Systems or CCTV systems. Investigative services offer the customer a trained professional reviewing recorded documentation to determine causes of suspicious activity or actual events.
